Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling business is looking for an investor for 50% share of their Pembroke Pines branch. Company operates in the kitchen and bathroom renovation field and has branches in Pembroke Pines and Boca Raton. 3 existing partners have decided to sell 50% of the first branch with a value of $450,000. Currently, this location generates $300K-$400K in net profit/year and the new partner will be entitled to 50% of the net profit to be generated. (100% valuation is $900K. 50% value on sale is $450K) to a prospective investor who will be in charge of the business and will work full time and get paid a salary of $72,000/annum in addition to the profit share. For 3-months period after the sale, all necessary training will given to the new partner and full support will be provided.
